Not (maybe kind of) about COVID-19

I've been writing a lot about habits, consistency, systems. They're helpful principles and they're usually how things get done. And sometimes you have to throw them all out the window.

Sometimes you have to give yourself space and time to reset.

Sometimes you have to reassess what's important at the moment and shift accordingly.

Sometimes you just have to start over and try something else for a while.

Going with the flow doesn't mean you don't care what's happening around you. It just means you're not using your energy to fight things that can't be fought.

Keep up. You're doing great. Don't forget about you while you're thinking about everybody else.
